• Drivers must be 18 years of age or older to operate any vehicle.
• Guests are required to be ready at their designated pickup location 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
• Pickup times are approximate and may vary depending on traffic or previous hotel pickups.
• Activities may be modified due to weather, safety, or operational conditions.
• Closed-toe shoes are recommended for selected activities.
• Some experiences may not be suitable for pregnant women or guests with serious back, neck, heart, or mobility conditions.
• Full Blaze Excursions reserves the right to refuse participation if safety requirements are not met.

Your privacy is important to us. Full Blaze Excursions collects personal information only to process reservations, provide customer support, and improve your booking experience.

We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except when necessary to operate your reservation or when required by law. Your information is handled securely and used exclusively to provide the best possible service.

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation: Up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour departure.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before may not be eligible for a refund.
• No-shows: Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled pickup without prior notice will not receive a refund.
• If Full Blaze Excursions cancels due to severe weather, safety concerns, or operational reasons, guests may reschedule or receive a full refund.
